Allan brings over 40 years of global experience across engineering, design, programming, execution, and operations management within the oil and gas E&P sector. He has held senior technical and operational roles with major operators including Shell Canada and Shell International, as well as assignments with Petrom OMV in Romania, BG Group in Egypt, Petronas and Mubadala in Kuala Lumpur, and Turkish Petroleum in Ankara, among others.

His experience spans both offshore and onshore developments, covering depleted and ultra-high-pressure reservoirs, complex wellbore and completion designs, and operations across all water depths using a wide range of land and mobile offshore drilling and workover units. Allan has also contributed to geothermal well project operations management in the Netherlands.

He is an accredited Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council in the United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.
