Dr. Luisa Moreno is a global expert in critical minerals, mining finance, and strategic supply chains for energy transition materials. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Tahuti Global Inc. and the Founder of the Critical Materials and Industrial Resilience Institute (CMIRI), an independent initiative focused on strengthening resilient supply chains for critical materials such as graphite, lithium, and rare earth elements.

Dr. Moreno has more than two decades of experience in the mining and materials sector, spanning equity research, corporate strategy, project development, and government advisory. She has worked with leading financial institutions and mining companies and currently serves on several corporate boards in the critical minerals space.

Her work focuses on bridging geology, capital markets, and industrial policy to accelerate the development of strategic materials supply chains in North America and internationally. Dr. Moreno is also actively involved in advising governments and industry on mineral-sector development, industrialization strategies, and value-added processing.

Through Tahuti Global, she advocates for coordinated approaches to exploration, processing capacity, and downstream manufacturing to ensure that mineral-rich jurisdictions translate natural resources into long-term economic growth and industrial resilience.
