Wale began his career as a consultant advising investment banking clients in New York and London, where he led the development and implementation of derivatives trading software platforms for major global financial institutions. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with First Class Honours in Computer Science with Accounting from Ogun State University, Nigeria, and was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship in 1997 to attend the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, where he completed a Master of Science in Distributed Multimedia Systems.

Over the past two decades, Wale has focused on the negotiation, acquisition, financing, and development of significant natural resource assets worldwide. His experience spans operations across Africa, the Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia, reflecting a strong track record in executing complex cross-border transactions and advancing resource development initiatives.
